We're growing nationally and internationally, and we're looking for a Social Media Manager & Content Creator to help us write our own story and our clients' stories from the Canary Islands to the world.Your missionAs Social Media Manager & Content Creator at Flecher.co, you will:Design and execute the social media strategy for the agency and for selected tourism clients.
Create shareable content: video, copy, graphic pieces, native formats for IG, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.
Help our projects (including Roblox experiences and innovative campaigns) gain digital attention and community.
Build and strengthen Flecher.co's positioning as a creative agency expert in tourism and innovation.
Collaborate with the Accounts and PR team to spread case studies, awards, launches and news about the agency and our clients.
Spot trends, creators, influencers and opportunities to grow visibility and engagement.What you'll do day to day
Plan and manage content calendars for Flecher.co and clients' social channels.
Produce and edit video content for social media (reels, TikToks, short-form pieces, interviews, behind the scenes...).
Write copy and storytelling for posts, blogs, newsletters and presentations.
Monitor performance, do social listening and propose ongoing improvements.
Work closely with the creative team (art, copy, strategy) to turn ideas into powerful content.
Support influencer/creator activations when needed.What we're looking for
2+ years of experience in Social Media / Content (ideally in an agency or digital-first environment).
You are truly social native: strong command of Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook and their formats, codes and trends.
Experience creating and editing video for social (CapCut, Canva, Adobe, etc.).
Familiar with scheduling, monitoring and social listening tools.
Experience or genuine interest in generative AI tools for copywriting and ideation (ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, etc.).
Excellent written and spoken Spanish; a good professional level of English is highly valued.
Entrepreneurial, collaborative and results driven mindset.
Based in the Canary Islands or willing to relocate, with availability to work in a hybrid model (office + remote).
Big plus: a real passion for travel, tourism, hospitality, gaming or digital innovation.What we offer
